Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Abadi LNG FEED project, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of project activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and implement robust safety management practices.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and approvals.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate communication, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure the successful installation, commissioning, and start-up of project systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- 20+ years of experience in oil and gas project management, with a focus on deep sea and big bore projects.
- Extensive experience in FEED for mega projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes related to gas pipelines (ASME, API, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with safety management practices and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale LNG FEED projects preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to project sites for installation, commissioning, and operational support.
